This week we have drilled pier holes and filled them with concrete, set up concrete forms, roughed in the plumbing and electrical. Next up is rebar and an inspection from the City and then we plan to pour the concrete foundation no later than March 26. It will take 7 days for the concrete to cure and we should have the steel frame of the building erected no later than first week of April. |
